How does Caterpillar use the personal information that you decide to provide?
The personal information you provide will be used to evaluate your preferences and notify you of job openings. If you are chosen for a particular job opening, Caterpillar will retain this information and process it in relation to your employment with Caterpillar and its affiliates.
